A.L.E.C. FlexCare provides flexible weekend childcare, preschool, and academy day programs for children from infancy through age 12. Program details, schedules, and availability are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of enrollment.

Enrollment & Payment

• Enrollment is confirmed only upon completion of required registration forms and payment of applicable fees.
• Program fees, schedules, and cancellation policies are provided at enrollment and may be updated periodically.
• Payment is due according to the agreed-upon schedule. Late or missed payments may affect continued enrollment.

Parent & Guardian Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your child, including medical, allergy, and emergency contact details.
• Arrive on time for scheduled drop-off and pick-up.
• Keep your child home if they are showing signs of illness, per our health policies.
• Communicate any changes in custody, contact information, or special needs promptly.

Health & Safety

We maintain a safe, nurturing environment that follows all applicable state and local childcare licensing requirements. In the event of a medical emergency, we will contact emergency services and the parent or guardian on file.

• You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems.
• Content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by A.L.E.C. FlexCare and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability
